There was no time during the class to take notes so now I just mostly know the ingredients. I felt like we were cooking with two friends. For sure will be taking more classes from Vivian and Michi - fun and great instruction! Unfortunately, any time other attendees would talk, the screen would go to them in "speaker view" and we could not see what you were doing, so it was tough to make sure we were doing things correctly. The only difference is that the entire experience is built around you and your guests. Also, the Chefs were not particularly chatty, but were friendly, and helpful. It was a lot of fun! The food was delicious and it was great to learn a bit about Hispanic culture and heritage while cooking. Perfect team building experience. Everything was delicious and they added some nice surprises to our meal. We wanted them to hang out with us all night! Definitely recommend. Thank you Chef Vivian and Chef Michi.
